Founded by Matt Hohn, River Rose Projects was built on a passion for transforming existing homes while preserving the character and craftsmanship that make them unique. Matt has extensive experience delivering complex renovations and extensions across the Inner West, including heritage terraces, character homes and challenging sites where careful planning, attention to detail and practical problem-solving are essential.

This experience shapes the way we approach every project. From navigating tight-access sites and complex structural alterations to seamlessly integrating old and new, we understand the challenges of renovating established homes—and the importance of getting every detail right.

By focusing on a limited number of projects at any one time, we provide a more personal building experience and maintain close involvement throughout every stage of the project. You’ll work directly with the builder, ensuring clear communication, genuine accountability and a shared commitment to achieving the best possible outcome.
